Reading List
There are a number of good texts on corporate finance. One which emphasises applications of theory to financial management in practice is:

Brealey, R., Myers, S. and Allen, F., (14th ed., 2023), Principles of Corporate Finance, McGraw-Hill.

Earlier editions are also fine. We will only be covering some of the chapters, so not a required purchase.
Similar ground is covered in Berk, J. and DeMarzo, P. (3rd ed., 2014), Corporate Finance, Pearson.

For the part of the course on Valuation and Real Options a useful reference is

T. Copeland and V. Antikarov (1994), Real Options: A Practitioner s Guide (New York: Texere, 2001).
