Learning Outcomes
| Gaelic 1A (VS2) aims to give students with a foundational knowledge of Scottish Gaelic a thorough grounding in written and spoken modern Scottish Gaelic by combining an active use of the language with an intellectual understanding of grammatical structure. By the end of the course, students may expect to have gained a good reading and writing knowledge of modern Scottish Gaelic and also to be able to participate in basic conversations.
