The following is the recommended programme of study for the second year of study. However, it is possible to be flexible; you must finalise your particular programme of study with the Programme Director.

Students may select either Language or Literature streams. Language stream students take Chinese Language 1C and 1D as compulsory courses and may choose one 20 credit optional course from the options available in semester 2. Literature students take three optional courses spread over two semesters. All students must seek guidance of the programme director on these selections.
