Summary | This course will examine changing nature of sport management and the increasing emphasis on management by objectives and benchmarking. It will consider the consequences of such changes for the management of sport and recreation services. Approaches to the definition and measurement of organisational performance will be considered and an in depth examination of performance measurement tools and their application to the sport and recreation context will be undertaken. |
