* Diseases of importance in these systems
* Disease surveillance in pastoralist regions / application and limitations of Participatory Epidemiology
* How animal diseases are controlled in pastoralist herds / "Public and Private Goods"
* Veterinary service delivery in pastoralist regions / role of paravets ("Community Animal Health Workers")
* Basics of camel health management
