Summary | This course is the third phase of the Intensive Arabic programme. Following an assessment on arrival students will be placed in a class at an appropriate level at an approved language institute in the Arab world (currently Cairo or Amman) for c. 12 weeks. Classes will focus on the 4 language skills in Modern Standard Arabic. |

Learning Outcomes
Students will improve their Arabic language skills and increase their knowledge of Arab culture and society. The focus will be on Modern Standard Arabic but students will also be encouraged to develop a working knowledge of the relevant colloquial dialect.
