Summary | Students who spend their third year abroad at a host university must complete and pass a full year's diet of examinable subjects (equivalent to 120 credits), the majority of which must be in Economics.
Strictly speaking equivalents are needed for all Economics third year courses. These are:

Learning Outcomes
All students will have met the equivalent learning outcomes as a student in the third year honours programme at the Univesity of Edinburgh. This means the credit equivalent Edinburgh courses and to have participated in courses equivalent to the third year compulsory courses in Economics. All student transcripts will be reviewed to ensure that they have met the University of Edinburgh criteria for progression into year 4 of the programme.
