Summary | Project Management is the application of management principles to deliver a project in accordance with predetermined objectives for time, cost & quality. This course will consider these principles in the management of all types project with particular emphasis on engineering projects, with respect to the project's life-cycle, the parties involved, planning, estimating, risk management, contract contract management, and project control. The course will examine the context of these themes through the development of a project exceution plan based on a real project. |
