Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, students should:
1) be able to parse accurately regular and irregular forms of the verb in all conjugations;
2) have increased their basic core of frequently used vocabulary;
3) have attained fluency in the oral reading of the set passages of Hebrew texts;
4) have a good knowledge of text-critical, historical and literary issues related to the passages enumerated below;
5) be able to use primary language texts in exegesis and/or research at Honours level;
6)demonstrate an ability to identify key terms and their meanings;
7)demonstrate good judgement about how to judge the relative importance of items on course bibliographies.
