Summary | Science Communication and Public Engagement practical project (developing, delivering, evaluating and reflecting on a Science Communication and Public Engagement activity). The projects will draw on the aggregated learning outcomes of the course modules to enable to students to develop, with supervision, a science communication activity which they will deliver and evaluate. Students will receive support to negotiate a suitable project partner in their local area and will work with the project partner to deliver and evaluate the activity. The dissertation will be a reflective analysis of the process of developing delivering and evaluating the activity, drawing on relevant literature. |

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- Design an effective evaluation strategy
- Demonstrate evidence of reflexive and reflective practice
- Demonstrate an informed reflection (supported by the literature) on the process of design delivery and evaluation of the public engagement activity
