Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
The Module aims to give students who have completed CELT11010 Elementary Gaelic 1 a thorough grounding in written and spoken Modern Scottish Gaelic, involving further exposure to the grammar, with exposure to easy Gaelic texts on traditional and modern subjects. The Module will provide students with a good reading and writing knowledge of Scottish Gaelic and the ability to participate in basic conversations. |
Assessment Information
Weekly language exercises and other written assignments counting as 50% of the final course mark, and a final exam counting for 50% of the final course mark. |
