Summary	Management of infection in vascular practice.
Course description	Emergency treatment for infection; Diagnosis and basic management of soft tissue infection, gas gangrene and other necrotising infections; Management of postoperative wound infection and graft complications; Apply a constant and integrated approach to critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas, information and issues; Excercise a high level of autonomy and initiative in professional activities at a level of independent surgical practice.

A detailed knowledge of anatomic exposure required in contemporary vascular procedures.
