| Summary | A course aimed at developing generic research, analytical and presentation skills. 
 Students develop and explore a topic of their own choice within a given theme.  Topics chosen for SRC Foundation should not directly relate to material taught elsewhere in the BVM&S programme.

| Course description | During the SRCf course you should develop your skills in: 
 - developing a research topic
 - the acquisition and organisation of knowledge around a research question
 - Critical analysis and evaluation of information and its source
 - the presentation of  knowledge in a structured and coherent format that is both appropriate and interesting to the target audience
 - communication between team members
 - team management and time management
