Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the end of this project you should be able to:
1)research material on a given topic outwith the scope of your standard course work using library and on-line facilities and other resource materials
2)work as a team to gather and combine material from a wide range of sources
3)Exercise critical assessment of the project topic and arrive at a well-defended conclusion
4)hold formal team meetings and maintain minutes of such meetings
5)prepare your researched material as a report written at a level readily understood by your peers
6)present this same material in the form of a short oral presentation, as if at a conference, and respond to questions relating to this material |
