Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, students will be able to:-
- pursue topics in Philosophy through supervised but independently-motivated study;
- construct extended written pieces in Philosophy which demonstrate a suitable grounding in primary and secondary Philosophical literature;
- make use of library and other resources as part of a sustained research project.
- complete a self-contained research project within an agreed schedule.

Students writing the 8,000 word essay will receive no less than 5 hours contact time with their assigned supervisor; students writing two 5,000 words will receive a 2 hour supervision for each essay. |
