Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
&· Appreciate the need for high level of positive media attention and official support for conservation related work.
&· Identify the major channels of communication used by conservation organisations, and be aware of new and novel approaches to enhance public engagement.
&· Discuss the methods available to measure and evaluate public engagement. |
Assessment Information
| Formal summative written assessment will constitute 60% of the student's grade. Online assessment will incorporate a variety of activities will constitute 40% of their overall course grade and is taken to represent a formative assessment of learning throughout the programme. |
