Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
| Students will improve their knowledge of the four basic skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking in Modern Standard Arabic as well as broaden their familiarity with Arabic and Islamic / Middle Eastern culture. |

| There is no formal assessment. Rather, knowledge of the language and culture studied is assessed via the entire range of 4th year course, especially the specifically language-based ones. |
