Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this course the student should understand the principles and application of
-The physiology and pathophysiology of liver, kidney, pancreatic, bone and stem cell/marrow transplantation
-The methods used to collect tissues and organs suitable for these uses
-The methods used to process and assure quality of such donations
-The clinical uses of tissues and organ transplantation
-The relevant legislation underpinning the above |
