Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
Students will be expected to:
¿ undertake a range of clinical procedures for all patient groups utilising skills acquired in Years 1,2 and 3
¿ be competent at completing a range of procedures in restorative dentistry
¿ be competent at completing a range of procedures in paediatric dentistry
¿ be familiar with the options for replacing teeth, including both intra-and extra-coronal, plastic and cast restorations, fixed and removable prostheses and dental implants
¿ be familiar with procedures pertaining to specialist treatment of conditions relating to prosthodontics, periodontics, oral medicine, orthodontics, paediatrics, oral surgery and dental radiology
Present a portfolio of completed clinical cases. |
