Course descriptionIndicative course content
The aim of this module is to provide a framework for the combination of individual ideas with practical methods to develop future projects. Intermedia artwork synthesises a range of media, situations and approaches. Likewise the development of ideas from genesis though to execution, in research, requires the application of critical analysis to a range of methods/materials/ and strategies in individual practice.

Aims of course
1 Critically assess a range of Intermedia research methodologies through personal practice.
2 Develop a body of Intermedia research material that develops personal ideas within the context of contemporary artistic production.

Pre-requisites Co-requisites Students MUST also take: Intermedia Practice 4 (ARTX10013) AND Intermedia Professional Practice 4 (ARTX10015) AND Art 4: Research Project (ARTX10017)

1. To employ a range of Intermedia research methodologies
