| Course description | Indicative course content 
Working from range of sources students will examine the relationships between medium and individual expressive language. Students will consider the appropriateness or effectiveness of the choice of medium, or combination of media which may include painting, printmaking, photography or digital techniques. 
 
Aims of course 
1 To gain confidence in understanding the interrelationship between the finished work and the critical thinking and research undertaken as part of its development. 
2 To develop an understanding of the technical and conceptual means of visual expression, using a range of media and subject matter. 
3 To further develop skills in presentation and editing in the display of work made in this module.
