        Structures and Functions of Proteins 3 (U01224)? Credit Points : 20 ? SCQF Level : 9 ? Acronym : BIO-3-SFP 1. To describe the structures of biological macromolecules, particularly proteins, in relation to their functions in catalysis, ligand binding, membrane transport and energy transduction, and to illustrate the types of experimental techniques used to study macromolecular structure and function.  Entry Requirements? Pre-requisites : Normally three of The Dynamic Cell 2, Genes and Gene Action 2, Microorganisms, Cells and Immunity 2 and Chemistry for Life Sciences 2. ?
