 Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
      At the end of the course: 
	        - you should be familiar with syntax-first, frequency-driven, context-driven and contraint-based models of syntactic ambiguity resolution; - you should be able to apply your knowledge of these theories to a wider consideration of modularity in cognition; - you should be familiar with major experimental techniques including self-paced reading, eye-tracking, and the visual world paradigm; - you should be able to pick up a current cognitive journal article, and decide whether the theories presented are plausible and whether the research is convincing.
