This programme runs as a 2-6 year part time option.
Compulsory courses must be taken during the duration of the programme (not necessarily in the first year).
The Dissertation Option is taken in your final year.
For students looking to complete in 2 years, we recommend that you take 80 credits in year 1, but please speak to your Academic Cohort Lead to confirm this and before selecting any outside courses.
For students looking to complete in 3 years, we recommend that you take 40-60 credits in year 1, but please speak to your Academic Cohort Lead to confirm this and before selecting any outside courses.
For students looking to complete in 4-6 years, there is more flexibility around course credits per year, but at least 20 credits must be taken in each academic year. Again, your Academic Cohort Lead can advise you on this.
There is also the possibility to exit with a PGDip (120 credits) or a PGCert (60 credits).
*Please note that NUST11104 and NUST11116 are not scheduled to run again until 2025/26.
