Summary | This course will deal with aspects of protein structure determination using multiple techniques including protein crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance and electron microscopy. |
Course description |
This course gives an overview of the techniques used in protein structure determination, Protein X-Ray crystallography, Electron Microscopy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. The course deals with the physical details of the techniques used but also deals with the quality metrics used in structure reporting allowing students to assess the quality and reliability of a structure determination.
