Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. A critical understanding of the unique potential of museums in science communication.
  2. Ability to critically analyse and identify the characteristics of a successful exhibition.
  3. A critical understanding of the theory of generic and social learning outcomes and ability to apply them in practice in the context of quality enhancement of science exhibits.
  4. Ability to apply theoretical understanding in a practice based context to prepare and present a proposal for a temporary exhibition.
