Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Understand the key dimensions of a multiplicity of modern Christologies and their underlying issues and concerns.
- Engage critically with these modern construals of Christology, with particular attention to the event of the crucifixion.
- Read and engaged a number of significant primary texts on Christology, from the early modern era to the present.
- Consider some of the challenges posed and the resources available to contemporary understandings of Christology.
