Summary | This is a self-directed course, under the supervision of a tutor, taken by students working individually or in small groups. It allows the student to pursue a line of enquiry along an agreed theme related to some aspect of architectural culture: historical, theoretical, historiographical, representational. It will be firmly based on a body of material identified at the beginning of the course. It is envisaged that the students taking this course will have a number of different backgrounds, but primarily in history and architectural design, and the projects will be designed to combine these skills and to produce outputs that allow students to express these strengths. |
