Postgraduate Course: Seismic Methods (PGGE11177)
Course Outline
School | School of Geosciences |
College | College of Science and Engineering |
Credit level (Normal year taken) | SCQF Level 11 (Postgraduate) |
Availability | Not available to visiting students |
SCQF Credits | 10 |
ECTS Credits | 5 |
Summary | This course is designed to link the elementary material in the 'Introduction to Geophysics' course with the advanced treatment in 'Processing and Imaging' in Semester 2. A key advantage is that it will give students practical experience of processing seismic data on the computer. |
