Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. A general understanding of the areas of corporate law discussed in the course;
  2. A detailed and specific knowledge of some particular areas of law within this broader framework;
  3. An introduction to major corporate law issues and debates; and
  4. A basic grounding in research skills and techniques in corporate law.
