Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic theories and methods relating to main subjects of international law.
- Have developed skills of case and treaty analysis.
- Demonstrate skills relating to (i) case analysis; (ii) legal reasoning; (iii) criticism; and (iv) legal research
- Have developed oral and written communication skills.
