On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate a breadth of knowledge of the principles of public health project management including principles of human resource management
  2. Construct basic budgets and create variance reports
  3. Understand and apply the basic principles of strategic planning process and the creation of definable action-orientated metrics
