On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate a breadth of knowledge of the principles of public health project management including principles of human resource management
- Construct basic budgets and create variance reports
- Understand and apply the basic principles of strategic planning process and the creation of definable action-orientated metrics
