SummaryThis is the third course of a certificate which aims to develop leadership knowledge and understanding and leadership and organisational skills, and to enable participants to reflect critically on the understanding and skills they acquire. Course participants will plan, lead and evaluate a small-scale collaborative school project successfully, in accordance with sound educational values, using appropriate knowledge and understanding and professional abilities, and then critically review their development as a teacher leader.

Full GTCS registration;
A minimum of three years teaching experience;
Access to a suitable working environment which will enable the applicant to carry out practical leadership activities;
An application supported by the applicant's headteacher or an appropriate senior manager.

- use reading to inform practice, decisions and reflection.

Special Arrangements Delivery can be on/off campus at summer school or on weekends and evenings dependent on cohort. It involves developing web based supportive networks and participants will be invited to join the course at set times to ensure this is manageable
