Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. Will have a good command of broad vocabulary and can formulate statements in a precise manner to indicate certainty, concern, agreement, satisfaction etc.
  2. Understand enough to follow extended speech on abstract and complex topics of academic or vocational relevance and can generally understand everybody they talk to, provided the need to confirming some details especially if the accent is unfamiliar.
  3. Follow most lectures, discussions and debates and understand in detail an argument in a discussion programme.
  4. Express themselves fluently and appropriately and give clear, well-structured descriptions of complex subjects.
  5. Give a clear, well-structured presentations on complex subjects expanding and supporting points of view with appropriate reasons and examples.
