Summary | This is the first course of a certificate which aims to develop leadership knowledge and understanding and leadership and organisational skills, and to enable participants to reflect critically on the understanding and skills they acquire. Course participants will be able both to develop and demonstrate their understanding of the principles of educational leadership through developing awareness of their leadership potential and exploration of the nature of teacher leadership. |
