Summary | Indicative course content
A period of recognised employment in which the student finds a placement or undertakes research in the work place, usually in landscape architecture or related professional office or business. Students will be allocated a placement tutor & be required to complete a logbook of their activities or a work place report.
Aims of course
1 To give students workplace experience in a built environment office or business.
2 To complement self directed research with work experience or research in a professional or business context.
3 To prepare students for the Landscape Institute's Pathway to Chartership process, undertaken after graduation.

Students must pass all learning outcomes. The aggregation of failed Learning outcomes with passing learning outcomes to generate an overall pass mark is not permitted. Failure of one learning outcome will result in a Forced Fail (FF) outcome. Students are permitted two attempts to pass this course. |
