Summary | This course aims to consolidate existing skills in graphic design and develop new ones to enable students to produce graphic design that considers audience, application and professional contexts. Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- RESEARCH
use creative thinking for the effective application of visual communication through conceptual exploration extensively documented in a sketchbook or visual journal;
- PRACTICE
engage with the graphic design process and its audience within the parameters set by a brief, and to explore different media within a creative and production process
- PRESENT
produce and deliver a presentation of their work to an audience, as well as discuss and reflect on their interventions following feedback from peers
