Additional Information (Assessment) 1. Over the course of the placement, each student will be expected to make two presentations, each of which contributes 40% to the final mark.
a. The first presentation will deal with their project: the students will present the basic goals of their project, its relationship to the general field of Regenerative Medicine, and any publications from the scientific or commercial literature (eg patents) relevant to their project. This presentation would normally take place between weeks 2-4 of the project.
b. The second presentation will describe their progress in the project, how they have progressed towards their goals and any unexpected pitfalls hindering progress. This would normally take place between weeks 7-9.

2. Students will be expected to take part in a weekly online meeting/webinar (using Adobe Connect as the online platform). These will be moderated and individual student contributions will be assessed; this will contribute 20% of the final mark.
