| Summary | This is the second course of a certificate which aims to develop leadership knowledge and understanding and leadership and organisational skills, and to enable participants to reflect critically on the understanding and skills they acquire. Course participants will be able both to develop their leadership potential and reflect on how they might exercise leadership in their own school setting, within a focus on working with and leading staff as a teacher leader. |

Delivery can be on/off campus at summer school or on weekends and evenings dependent on cohort. It involves developing web based supportive networks and participants will be invited to join the course at set times to ensure this is manageable |
