Summary | This course is for post-beginners with some knowledge of Japanese or students who have successfully completed Introductory Japanese 2 or Foundation Japanese 2. It is not suitable for absolute beginners.
The examination will consist of a two-hour written paper.

W5: Class test (L.19-21), JBP-I: L.22
W6: JBP-I:, L,23 (talking about current states)
W7: Class test 1 feedback, JBP-I: L. 24 (skills, likes and dislikes)

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Students will further develop basic reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, to nearly Common European Framework of Reference for Languages level A1 (the lowest).
- Some additional basic frequently used kanji are also introduced, following on from those introduced in Foundation Japanese Language 2.
