Course description | The theme of this half course will concern two aspects of management: the organisational behaviour of individuals in the sport and recreation environment; and, the financial management of sporting organisations.
Indicative content will include: theories of organisational behaviour, motivation, and leadership; understanding of perception, and group processes; an introduction to the mangers' role in financial management. |
