  • Notes: Entry to year three normally requires a pass at 50% or above in Scotland and Orality; Visualising Scotland and in both the Language 2 and Literature 2 courses taken.



  • Year 4, Academic year 2014/15, Starting month: August

  • Notes: Notes: Final Assessment: One unit of assessment is allocated to every 20 credits and constitutes one 20-credit paper. The following are the twelve 20-credit papers on which the classification of the degree is based. (Papers that for the purposes of degree classification acquire a weighting of 40 credits are, therefore, listed twice.)
    1. (Honours option for Scottish Ethnology). 2. (Honours option for Scottish Ethnology). 3. (MEL Dissertation Preparation or Honours option for Scottish Ethnology). 4. (Scandinavian Studies Honours Language Paper 1). 5. (Scandinavian Studies Honours Language Paper 1). 6. (Scandinavian Studies Honours Language Paper 2). 7. (Oral for Scandinavian Studies). 8. (Dissertation in Scottish Ethnology or MEL Dissertation Completion). 9. (Dissertation in Scottish Ethnology or Honours option for Scottish Ethnology). 10. (Honours option for Scottish Ethnology). 11. (Honours option for Scottish Ethnology). 12. (Honours option for Scandinavian Studies).
