Entry to Honours requires a pass at 50% or above at the first attempt in at least 20 credit points' worth of the Informatics 2 courses listed and a mark of 50% or above at the first attempt in Management Science and Information Systems and one other Business Studies course in second year, together with passes in all remaining compulsory courses, or the permission of the Head of School.

The Research in Management course is compulsory for students who plan to choose the Management Honours Dissertation in 4th Year.
Students seeking BCS accreditation must select Professional Issues (Level 10), normally in 3rd Year, and must also select the Informatics Honours Project in 4th Year.

You may choose an Honours Project from either Informatics or Management Science.
Note that Research in Management, taken in 3rd Year, is a pre-requisite to the Management Science Honours Project.
