Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
- An understanding of the dynamics of inter-personal and social conflict
- Knowledge of their own responses to conflict and communication style in conflict situations.
- A basic understanding of mediation theory and practice
- An understanding of factors which affect conflict that are particular to faith settings |
Assessment Information
An essay of 3,000 words (75%) and 25% written reflections on texts for the PG seminars.
