Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this course, a student will:
1) be able to demonstrate understanding of some of the key dimensions of Conflict transformation, including the definition and dynamics of conflict and approaches to transforming it;
(2) have engaged critically with primary sources on conflict, peacebuilding, conflict transformation, dialogue and mediation;
(3) be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver a presentation for a seminar;
(4) have participated in constructive discussion and debate with other seminar members in a respectful manner.

Assessment Information
10% on seminar presentation and participation in weekly seminars;
30% a 2000 word essay;
60% examination.
