Course description | This course will cover a variety of specialist techniques for data collection and / or quantitative data analysis that are used in different areas of contemporary psychological research. It will cover the advantages and disadvantages of these, considering the sorts of research questions to which each might be applied, and provide basic instruction in using them. Topics may include basic and applied single case studies, family and twin studies, eye-tracking, EEG, transcranial magnetic stimulation. |
