Course description | PE3A Curriculum considers how the activities of physical education can be prepared for and managed in the contexts of pupil achievement and attainment, more especially in regard to HSPE. The course will draw on the students' recent experiences of secondary placement and will allow reflection on the type of curriculum imperatives witnessed in schools. Physical Education and its place with special educational needs (SEN) pupils will be considered with a view to understanding how adaptations can be made to aid achievement and attainment. The opportunity to anticipate the respective demands of HSPE and SEN along with the literature informing these curricula will be a key concern of PE3A Curriculum. |
