Course description | This course introduces students to a broad range of basic research approaches in relation to theoretical, critical and practical studio work, enabling them to extend their understanding of Design.
Aims
1. To introduce students to key theories, practices,contexts and debates in Design.
2. To develop an awareness of, and ability to select and use a range of appropriate research methods.
3. To foster critical enquiry that leads to the visual, verbal and written communication of ideas in an analytical manner. |
