Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course the students should be able to:
- appreciate the nature of Design, Creativity and Problem-Solving and the relationship between these topics;
- appreciate the range of practical techniques and frameworks available for dealing with these topics within an organisational setting;
- appreciate other resources available (theories, methods, information sources, and agencies) for effectively harnessing and managing design and creativity within organisations, especially under conditions of rapid change;
- understand the range of management issues involved in managing design, creativity and problem solving.
