Course descriptionThe course studies the mechanisms by which drugs act at the molecular, cellular and tissue levels. The relationships between these actions and the overall pharmacological effects and clinical uses of the drugs are explained.
Entry Requirements (not applicable to Visiting Students)
Pre-requisites Students MUST have passed: Neuroscience with Pharmacology 2 (BIME08001) AND Physiology 2 (BIME08005) AND Genes and Gene Action 2 (BILG08003) AND
It is RECOMMENDED that students have passed The Dynamic Cell 2 (BILG08009) AND Biometrics 2 (BILG08006)
